Once you have booked an appointment with ETA Pro we will provide you a Free Consultation on-site where our ETA Pro Design Team will sit with you to make your ideas a reality.
Alternatively, we can provide you with our suggestions and In-House Designs from our Portfolio as you wish. We are able to undertake any design request you need to ensure exclusivity is met.
This is our main objective to provide you with the most unique and exclusive designs for your homes or business.
At ETA Pro we will always ensure that you are comfortable and involved throughout the entire design process. If you want to edit or adjust a design, we are able to meet your expectations and exceed them.
If you are not sure exactly what you want to achieve in your design elements, we will be delighted to provide you with renderings for what we would suggest for the project at hand.
There is a huge scope of flexibility in what we are capable of in our initial concept stages to a final agreement for works to go ahead. Therefore, we always put our clients in the driving seat throughout the entire design process to ensure full visibility and transparency of our projects.
As a client of ETA Pro, you will be 100% involved, right from the initial concept renderings of designs, to the final stages of installation. We also offer best-in-class after-sales service to make sure that you are taken care of post-installation and action any feedback you need us to help you with.

The entire design process with ETA Pro is fully functional across all our Designing, Manufacturing & Installation processes. As a client, you will have the peace of mind of knowing that we are fully in control from start to finish in the process and all our processes are completed In-House. We do not use 3rd Party Services.
Any additional Contractors, if needed as necessary, would only be involved with the strict permission and consultation directly with our clients. No 3rd Party involvement will be made unless absolutely necessary for the completion of a project.
At ETA Pro we use our own Design & Installation teams so we are on-site 100% of the time. We also send Senior Management to our sites daily on any projects so that we can oversee all operations are being adhered to our exceptional standards.
We also invite our clients on-site to oversee work on projects to ensure that they are fully involved in all stages of design, construction, and installation.
Involving our clients on-site is a priority for us at ETA Pro so that we are in direct communication throughout all our projects. This is our working process at ETA Pro which will never be compromised on for any client whether smaller scale or bigger projects.
Once a project has been completed, we will arrange for an on-site visit and inspection with our clients to go through, in detail, all elements of the work completed.
If in the unlikely event any points of perfection are not meeting our clients’ expectations, then we will revise, re-manufacture, and reconstruct to ensure our projects are completed to the level of our exact & high expectations.
We also have a dedicated After-Sales Team to walk you through the complete process and our Design Team & Senior Management Team will visit on-site with our clients to review & inspect all works completed.
